Redegit Has Closed Down SMBX!

"On April 17, 2011, Redigit (Andrew Spinks) commented on his YouTube page that he received a call from Nintendo's lawyers asking him to remove Super Mario Bros. X from SuperMarioBrothers.org and delete all SMBX videos from his Youtube account. They also asked him to transfer SuperMarioBrothers.org over to Nintendo.[citation needed] He complied with their first two wishes, but did not want to lose SuperMarioBrothers.org. He said, "It is a good Mario fansite, even without Super Mario Bros. X." Nintendo was going to decide on that and get back to him. Redigit has asked that no one post copies of Super Mario Bros. X on the internet, as it goes against Nintendo's wishes and might make things more complicated for him."

Well, it's against the law, Nintendo had a right to do it! They did for their own good, because it's their copyright!

Whoa calm down, if nintendo let SMBX stay alive, then nintendo would lose their copyrighted credit to some dude on the internet. So that's why they took it down.

Good thing for everyone who had all their latest downloaded SMBX before this happened or else the fun in RETRO for PC would be gone!

Super Mario Bros. Flash (You SUCK!!! It's too fast and boring! But it's good I guess...)
Super Mario Forever + FLASH (You just suck with your no checkpoints and crap! Why do you have to start all over when your almost finished with a world?)
Anyways, I and many others still have a couple survivors of SMBX. -.- Nintendo, I much as we like you guys, for once you've done a bad deed. When the law changes about games, rebirth the SMBX and let us play again!!! pissed off

Mario Forever Is Okay... But srsly! I would rather throw 200 dollars of the bridge instead of nintendo doing this. I would rather smash my nintendo stuff with a hammer! I would smash my ds with a hammer! I would throw my wii in the ocean! Well that was 900 dollars wasted on a stupid console! I would rather play ps3 or xbox 360!

That's stupid, nintendo sending lawyers after a very good and well made fan game! What happened to SMW Hacks! Why didn't nintendo go after the people that made the hacks! Even SMW hacks itself sucks! WHY NINTENDO WHY!!!!!!

Even though nintendo did a terrible thing, they did the right thing. It's not all about fan games, it's about nintendo. Remember when you were 5 sitting on the sofa playing your NES, remember playing your gameboy?. Let nintendo do their job not the other people.
